20 Radishes cleaned and cut into large, bite-sized pieces

2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tsp Coarsely Ground Sea Salt

2 Cups Baby Lettuce Leaves

3 Leaves of Leeks diced

1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
