CHAMBER MUSIC: Musical Families Friday, July 6 10:00-12:00 In conjunction with the Chamber Music Festival Series, this lecture is paired with the concert “Sibling Rivalry – Triple Duo” with brother/sister pianists and violinists Julie and David Coucheron, Helen and Michael Kim, and Kate and William Ransom. This class will explore some of music history’s greatest music families including the Bachs, Mozarts and Mendlessohns. For tickets to the concert call 828-526-9060. Presenter: Stephen Crist holds a Master of Music degree in Music Theory from the University of South Florida and a Ph.D. in Music History from Brandeis University.
