Since forming the band with Sam Cobb and others in 1960, Curtis Blackwell has led Bill Monroe’s Bluegrass Boys and been honored in the Atlanta Country Music Hall of Fame.
Hailing from Upstate SC, Spare Parts Bluegrass Band delivers delicate harmonies as well as tried and true barn burners within the bluegrass genre.
Performing bluegrass blends, the band has since graced the stage at the Grand Ole Opry.
Transylvania County based Byrds & Crows play songs deeply rooted in the Appalachian Mountains, with styles ranging from bluegrass to folk to early country.
Popular Highlands-based bluegrass band Silly Ridge incorporates an eclectic blend of Americana and folk into their music.

Carter Giegerich is a graduate of the East Tennessee State University Bluegrass, Old-time and Country Music program, where he developed a love for the blending of musical tradition and innovation. That passion has evolved into a unique musical style that blends contemporary and traditional sounds, drawing inspiration from bluegrass, old-time and Celtic music as well as funk, hip-hop and electronic artists.

The Dixie Bluegrass Boys consist of founding members Curtis Blackwell and Sam Cobb, joined by banjo player Charles Wood, fiddler Chuck Nations, and mandolinist Vic Blackwell.
