Come take a gander at Highlands’ year-round greenery! What evergreen plants do we commonly see in the winter? How do they survive the harsh conditions? Join our educational staff to answer these questions and more with an exploration of the Botanical Garden.

Santa will appear in the park each Saturday (weather permitting) to hear wishes from children and pets of all ages. Though subject to change, here’s when you can visit with Santa in the Park: Sat., Dec. 10 ~11 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Sat., Dec. 17 – 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Those who desire a Santa visit with their pet are encouraged to select this day.

Thursdays in Dec. Dr. Steve draws live, while assisting the public with health and transformation questions. We encourage anyone who is able to become a sponsor of our Giving Tree celebration which provides support to underprivileged school children and elderly in our beloved community. The evening will also feature John Vaughn and Brooke Lundy Pittman performing Christmas carols at the piano.
