A gentle blend of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, this class explores the energies of yang and yin to create more balance and harmony for the mind and body.
Each student is encouraged to move slowly with awareness. The Vinyasa portion of the practice links slow to moderate movement to the breath and is designed to warm the body in preparation for the Yin portion which includes holding poses for 2-5 minutes. The Yin poses allow the connective tissues, muscles and more to stretch slowly to create more space internally.
Breathe, move, sweat and connect! Stoked by yogic breathing techniques, the internal heat of the body couples well with the external heat of the room to allow you the opportunity to drop a little deeper into your practice.
