All of this can happen while you’re enjoying a sweet dessert! There is nothing like the creamy Avocado Pudding to make you glow all over. If you choose to freeze this pudding and then quickly re-blend right before serving, you can make a green ice cream!

Glowing Skin Pudding

 Ingredients:

1 medium Avocado

1 cup (Almond) Milk

2 teaspoons Stevia or other sweetener

1/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoon Chia Seeds

Optional: Crushed pistachios to top

Instructions:

Blend everything until smooth. Refrigerate for an hour or longer. Optionally, sprinkle with pistachios and serve.
