Description
We are hosting a Grow Your Own Shiitake Mushroom workshop! This workshop will be a morning of learning about fungi and how to inoculate hardwood logs with spores of the shiitake mushroom. All the materials will be provided for the workshop and you can leave with your own shiitake log to get you started.
