Description: Learn the basics of making functional pottery on the wheel including many tried and true techniques handed down for generations. We will cover lids, handles, tea pots, jugs and ways to make pots that don’t crack. For more advanced students, splicing to make bigger pots and mastering the knuckle pull! We will also work with some found materials and a ball mill for making glaze.
