SUMMARY:Sky Valley Garden Club | Dahlias by the Lake at Sky Valley Country Club
DESCRIPTION:The Sky Valley Garden Club’s “AN ENCHANTED EVENING” DAHLIAS BY THE LAKE ANNUAL FUNDRAISER will be held September 16th from 5:30 – 7:30 PM. \nTickets are $60 per person\, which includes food\, drink\, and entertainment and a silent auction (credit cards accepted for purchase of auction items). \nEach year\, we hold our “Dahlias by the Lake” fundraising event. This event is has been described as “a beautiful evening\, overlooking the lake and watching a glorious sunset\, amidst the dahlias”. It is a memorable evening for all who attend\, and it’s all for a good cause. \nIt is a stellar gala\, open to the public\, to raise funds for the beautification of Sky Valley and our scholarship program for local students. We currently have three scholars who received $3\,000 each to continue their studies toward a future in various fields which they will bring back to the community. \nIncluded in admission is the opportunity to bid on a large number of silent auction items from gift baskets\, jewelry\, pottery\, artwork\, handcrafted items\, gift cards to area attractions and restaurants\, golf rounds at local courses\, clothing\, wine\, and so much more. Also included is a complimentary glass of “bubbly” and one free drink ticket. There is also a cash bar available.
