Some favorites include Escargots au Gratin; Cajun BBQ Shrimp over asiago grits and Andouille-scented collard greens; Veal Medallions “Wolfgang” on Cabernet sauce with sautéed crawfish and béarnaise; Fresh North Carolina Mountain Trout Oscar with shellfish mélange and béarnaise; and Filet Mignon grilled to perfection and served with Cabernet sauce.
