Vinyasa Flow Yoga Description
An alignment based practice of flowing movement linked by breath. This moderately paced class builds heat from the inside out to release tension held in the body and ranges from beginner level poses to poses that can challenge even an experienced practitioner. Modifications and enhancements will be offered for a fun and safe practice, empowering each individual to his or her most inspired and playful Self. Bring a smile and enjoy your level of practice. This is an mixed levels class however, if you are brand new to yoga, we recommend starting off with a Beginner or Level 1 class to find comfort in your practice first.
