Parenting can be hard on the body, and the mind. In this class we will open all those baby holding muscles, finding our way back to our own physical and mental balance while connecting with baby and also learning some great techniques to enhance baby’s development and ability to calm.
All family types and care takers are welcome! We will offer tea and time to connect with other babies and care-takers after class. Please dress comfortably and bring a baby blanket or muslin wrap.
Babies are welcome from 4 weeks to walking, not running! Diaper changing, nursing/ feeding and napping are welcome! This is a space for us all to feel comfortable. Come as you are.
