Instructor: Penney Marshall-Parker teaches at Western Carolina University in the College of Health Sciences and is an adjunct teacher at Southwestern Community College. Owner of Penney Wise Services, the focus for her clients is mind, body and spirit. Penney is a Licensed Massage and Body Work Therapist, Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Leader of Tai Chi for Busy People and 4 Minute Fitness. She holds degrees in Holistic Theology and Natural Health.
