Big Guy’s on His Way, Photos with Santa in Highlands

Ho!  Ho!  Ho!

Just the sound of those jolly words bring squeals of laughter from children everywhere, so why not take advantage of those happy faces and have a photo snapped with jolly old St. Nick himself?  You don’t even have to travel long distances because Santa makes an appearance right here in Highlands every holiday season.

This year, Santa will make his first appearance on Friday, November 24, from 10:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M.  The next day he and Mrs. Claus will be at the annual Christmas Tree Lighting at Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park.  He will also be back on December 2 at the same spot after his annual appearance in the Christmas Parade until 3:00 P.M.  On Saturday, December 9, and Saturday, December 16, he’ll be back at the Kelsey Hutchinson Park from 10:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M.

Continue a family tradition of having your family holiday memories captured with Santa, or start a new one this year, but whatever you do don’t miss the chance to have your photos snapped with the Big Guy.

Local businesses go all out making Santa feel right at home by decking their halls with all the trimmings of the season, so continue the merriment by looking for that just-perfect gift for everyone on your list.  If outdoor activities are more what you’re looking for, the Highlands-Cashiers area abounds in Christmas tree farms so seek one out and take the perfect tree home with you.
